McKinley & Kaitlyn Cardwell (Married July 30th, 2022)

McKinley D. Cardwell (Born January 14th, 1997) is a lifelong resident and dedicated community leader and entrepreneur based in Appomattox, Virginia. Mckinley graduated from Appomattox County High School and later received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Liberty University.  Known for his commitment to local development, McKinley is currently running for the Appomattox Town Council, where he aims to foster unity and progress within the community.

In addition to his political aspirations, McKinley founded McKinley Cardwell Entertainment, an agency that provides various entertainment services, including DJing, Professional Singing, and Music Therapy at Assisted Living Facilities across the Commonwealth of Virginia. His passion for music has made him well-known at local events, such as the Appomattox Railroad Festival; Cardwell attends Liberty Baptist Church and serves on the Praise Band and Compassion Ministry. 

McKinley’s dedication to his hometown is evident in his efforts to honor its rich history while advocating for a prosperous future. He believes in the power of community collaboration and strives to create an environment where everyone can thrive.
